Where do you ship from?

We are a small online shop based in the U.S.A., and we work very closely with small international suppliers to source and curate quality ingredients in order to produce top products at the best prices for you.

Patience is one of our virtues and we take care to ensure what we are offering so you don’t have to drive around to retail shops, search thousands of different websites to price compare and get ideas…think of us as a one-stop shop destination for beautiful skin.

Because of the close relationships with our suppliers, we are able to ship orders all throughout the United States and abroad, including anywhere in the EU, United Kingdom, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and even Australia (your shipping timeframe will be longer however).

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed in 2-3 business days, with shipping timeframes depending on the delivery address, can take approximately 5 - 15 business days.



How can I track my order?

The tracking number will be sent to your email once the product(s) have shipped, and confirmation should be received within 48 hours (two business days if placed over the weekend).

Can I cancel an order online?
Please note that once your order is placed, we are unable to make any guaranteed amendments. Please reach out via email at: sales@diligentskincare.com and we will try our best to process such requests. 

Can I add or remove products from my order?
You cannot change your order once it has been placed, you will need to return your order and place a new order.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been placed unfortunately, we are unable to make any delivery amendments.

 My Order Did Not Go Through, But I was still charged?

Should this occur, then the transaction is still pending in your account.  Depending on your bank or payment provider, along with the day of the week, the money should go back into your account shortly thereafter. You will need to contact your financial institution or payment provider (i.e., PayPal, Apple Pay) for questions surrounding the funds.

For any order placed on our website or by phone, payment will be taken as soon as the order has been placed and confirmed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
At present we do not provide gift wrapping, although we plan to have this service ready very soon.



To maintain hygienic standards all purchases made are non-refundable; and are therefore FINAL SALE.


To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, exchanges are not accepted.  In the event the items are received broken or damaged, then please email:   sales@diligentskincare.com


What if I receive the wrong/damaged product?

If the incorrect items were sent, you MUST contact us within 5 business days after the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund. 

After 5 business days (not including Saturday or Sunday), we are unable to offer a refund.  Please immediately reach out to sales@diligentskincare.com.   

When sending the email, please include: 

a) The order number

b) Photos of the package and products along with the name of the product(s), so we may review.  Upon notification of the situation, then a return may be processed.

Please note that all the items are not mass produced and sell very quickly, so we are not able to guarantee that your item(s) will be available.


Lost/Stolen Package?

For orders under $150, please contact a consultant from the delivery service for assistance in submitting a claim or to try and locate the package(s). If they are unavailable, then please email us at info@diligentskincare.com so we may review your order. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

If the order(s) is over $150, then please contact the carrier first to file a claim or to have them make attempts in locating the package; and allow 5-7 days before contacting us. If after this timeframe the package cannot be found or has been damaged beyond being able to deliver, then please email us at info@diligentskincare.com for assistance.


Does DILIGENT SKINCARE Test on Animals?
We at Diligent Skincare are against the use of animals to test beauty products. We do not test our products, active ingredients, or raw materials on animals at any point in the product development or manufacturing process, and we require all our suppliers to fully respect the same rigorous standards.

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our consumers. All our product formulations have therefore been tested extensively over time through alternative methods, including product safety tests and user/clinical trials.

We are deeply committed to ending animal testing for beauty products globally and we support collaborative industry-wide efforts to achieve this goal.

When you purchase the items from our store or request to receive the newsletter, as  a part of the selling and buying process, we collect the personal information provided to us to process said request.  When you browse our store we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 

Email Marketing (when applicable): With the consumer’s permission, from time to time we may send out emails regarding new products, promotions, or updates to the website (such as information relating to our social media profiles via Instagram or Pinterest).

When a purchase is made in our store, or acknowledgment made to receive the newsletter; or communication to receive SMS messages is accepted, we do imply that is agreeable on the party providing the information for us to process.  If we ask for personal information for a secondary reason, such as to send SMS messages or to opt In for periodic emails, then we will request your direct consent and provide the option for you to opt out of said messages or unsubscribe. Part 4 – SHOPIFY

DiligentSkincare.com is hosted on the Shopify, Inc. platform.  We are provided with an online e-commerce platform that permits us to sell our products and services to you.  Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your information is store on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payments: If a direct payment gateway is chosen to complete a purchase, Shopify stores the credit card date it receives. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  Your purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as it necessary to complete a transaction. Once completed, then your information from the transaction is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards that are set by PCI-DSS as managed by PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
